Initially, Module 1 is intended to give you a general overview and will be centred around the fundamental aspects of GDPR. Here we will go over what it means, the authorities involved, and its relevancy after BREXIT.
In module two, we will take a closer look into the GDPR. This will include a more detailed and thorough analysis of how data laws have evolved as a result of the growth of the use of personal data itself. We will additionally cover concepts such as the legal implications and the correct implementation of GDPR into organisations.
Module 3 will be focused further on the legal aspects of GDPR, and will elucidate the idea of lawful basis. Here we will go over the six lawful bases, and their significance relative to both individuals and organisations. Moreover, we will also go through specific details such as which law applies to which form of data and how this data should be handled as a result.

In module five, we will explore the key responsibilities organisation have when complying with the GDPR. In module six, we will explore the Issues Raised by Information Systems when complying with the GDPR. We will outline the full course of action that is legally required of a company to Trends that Raise Ethical Issues Responsibility, Accountability, and Liability Ethical Analysis.
