In module five, we will explore the different forms of psychotherapy, from CBT to psychodynamic therapy.
In module six, we will explore the different types of mental health conditions, taking an in-depth look at their causes, symptoms and treatment. It includes eating disorders, anxiety, depression and schizophrenia.
In module seven, we will take a look at the different ways we can support clients who self-harm and are struggling with suicidal thoughts or a relationship breakdown.
In this final module, we will gain an insight into the role of a therapist and the skills required to work in this field. It covers duties and responsibilities, career route and qualifications.
