In module seven, we will deepen our understanding of the different types of home buyers, exploring each category in depth. It also introduces strategies for closing a sale and handling offers.
In module eight, we will learn about the history of renting and letting in the UK, the letting process, as well as the role of the letting agent. It covers information to record and processing applications.
In module nine, we will sharpen our digital marketing skills and learn how to utilise technology to leverage both time and money. It includes step-by-step guidance on how to set up a Facebook business page and blog.
In this final module, we will take a look at the career route for an estate agent and the qualifications required to kickstart a career in this field. It answers the question “who regulates estate agents?”, and much more.
