In module five, we will explore some complementary alternative therapies to help with depression, such as diet and lifestyle changes, exercise and meditation. It provides an overview of acupuncture, art therapy and yoga.
In module six, we will familiarise with some counselling models, theories and approaches, as well as the qualities and skills required to become a qualified counsellor. It covers CBT, REBT, and clinical hypnotherapy.
